Lady Doctor Gets Death Threats for Revealing TOP SECRET Fat Loss Secret to General Public!

Filed Under (Weight Loss Supplements) by Greg on 23-05-2009

A new breakthrough secret is all you now need in order to forever shed countless pounds, stay healthy, and add many years to your life!

A lady doctor from Arizona has blown the lid off the best-kept secret in weight loss ever discovered — and this has the whole diet food and drug industries turned upside down and in nothing less than a torrential uproar.

Her name is Dr Suzanne Gudakunst, and she’s marching to the beat of a different drum.

And no, nothing about her “secret” is difficult — nor does it require that you do something completely out of the ordinary or anything unnatural.

Instead, the Arizonian boasts proudly “…this is something that I caught onto just before 2002 when there was so much research and exploration going around concerning the human colon and digestive system working in harmony with nutritional absorption, and I started doing independent studies just to test things at first … but which I later expanded on after seeing some fantastic results.”

This same woman medical practitioner went on to accurately determine a definitive correlation between harmful plague and parasitic infestations of the human bowel tract, and people suffering chronic obesity — and who despite intense diet and exercise appeared to be unable to lose any weight whatsoever.

Over the course of six years the Arizona doctor developed a number of natural treatments for the removal of these same harmful, even life-threatening plaques and rapidly reproducing digestive parasites — and when applied to even worse-case patients suffering extreme obesity (98% of which were in immediate danger of dying) she saw a 100% effectiveness and success rate.

She then borrowed from her research on the severely obese, and applied the same strategies on milder cases of overweight persons — only to find the same effectiveness and quality results as described above (although the individual weight loss per subject wasn’t nearly as much as those obese patients 100 lbs to 200 lbs or more overweight).

So powerful is her secret that she’s able to reverse diabetes, rid illness altogether in people suffering from cancer (linked directly to poor diet and overweight factors), as well as an elimination of an entire spectrum of serious and otherwise life-threatening diseases.

Nearly 100% of all her case subjects were told in the alternative by “conventional doctors” that they either had just months or years to live, or they would never live a life anything resembling remotely a “normal” existence — yet after applying Dr Suzanne’s treatments saw a complete contradiction to others doctors’ prognoses.

Again, nothing about her secret is unnatural or requires someone to do any major action or modification in their lives.

In fact, her entire treatment is based completely on built-into-nature ‘protection agents’ scattered throughout the world in the form of select herbs, extracts, and organic constituents, and which can be found in a variety of plants — but when combined in specific combinations and carefully chosen amounts make for a solution to what is perhaps the world’s worst ever plague: OBESITY (and the illnesses and diseases resulting from it — or at least severely aggravated or exacerbated by it).

Now to everyone else’s great gain, whether suffering from just a few extra pounds and inches, to those extremely fat and overweight, this brave, bold lady doctor is releasing to the general public her secret for forever destroying the tight unrelenting closed-fist of obesity’s stronghold over the now more than 40% of Americans labeled obese, and others worldwide.

But she’s not promising any of us for how long.

Some experts and sociologists suggest that in the bigger scheme of things, the world will never tolerate a discovery of such magnitude, any more than it would be realistic to expect a car that runs on water (even if very real) to ever become commercially available to the general public for day-to-day use.

One well-respected and famous diet & wellness author wrote years ago that if anyone ever “truly unlocked the keys to permanent fat loss, they may actually suffer the same fate as JFK.”

It is currently available at:

…so you may want to head on over there now and get it and before someone or “something” gets it forever yanked out of ever getting in YOUR hand at least.

It’s in a very easily readable format and is quickly and readily understood and mastered by anyone with even a 4th grade reading level.

While you’re there, why not scroll down and review for yourself the huge successes others are now having with this incredible breakthrough in rapid, massive weight loss and extremely improved and enhanced health, now made freely available to the rest of us?

Hoodia Gordonii – The Scientific Intervention

Filed Under (Healthy foods, Weight Loss Supplements) by Greg on 31-03-2009

The first scientific study of hoodia was really sparked by chance, as is often the case in scientific “discoveries”. What started it all was not, in fact, an exclusive study into the hoodia gordonii, a succulent that looks like a cactus. South Africa’s national laboratory was conducting a much broader study. It was only because the San tribesman were known to eat hoodia gordonii that it was included in a study of indigenous foods.

It is not surprising that the interest of the national laboratory was aroused, and they started to focus seriously on the hoodia gordonii’s properties. It was tested on animals by including it in their food. The animals ate it, and then lost weight. It was then a question of isolating the ingredient that was behind this phenomenon. Or were these animals going to secret weight watchers meetings every week, without the knowledge of the laboratory? That may seem very fanciful, but then so did the idea of losing weight through munching a spiky succulent. This was, indeed, becoming extremely interesting.

This was no instant discovery with an instant explanation. The originally research went back to the 1960’s, when it was not obvious that hoodia gordonii had great potential as an appetite suppressant. It was about 30 years later that the South African national laboratory succeeded in isolating and identifying the ingredient in hoodia gordonii that had the effect of suppressing appetite. The ingredient was later to become known as P57.

When the laboratory found that ingredient, they applied for a patent, and licensed it to Phytopharm, an English bio-technology company. Phytopharm has spent more than $20 million already on research associated with hoodia gordonii. This research, which included clinical trials with obese volunteers, has yielded some promising results. Subjects given hoodia gordonii ended up eating about 1,000 calories a day less than those in the control group, who were fed a placebo. That is an impressively high figure, when you consider that the average American man consumes about 2,600 calories a day, and a woman about 1,900 calories.

According to Phytopharm, if you take this hoodia compound every day, your desire to eat goes down. That was illustrated dramatically in the research. So, all was looking very promising for the millions of obese men and women around the world.

Large pharmaceutical company Pfizer partnered Phytopharm in expanding the research, and a synthetic form of the critical ingredient was possible. However, the costs involved and the possible volumes were too low, to make it worthwhile, so Pfizer abandoned their plans. Phytopharm decided the only way to produce enough of the product was to grow the plants in massive volumes. So, that is what they set out to do, establishing hoodia plantations in South Africa.

The hoodia being used in the plantations is not precisely the same plant as that in the Kalahari, but is easier to cultivate. It is an enormous task, but one that Phytofarm are confident will bring success in meeting potential demand for genuine hoodia products. However, Phytopharm says it hopes to have meal-replacement hoodia products on supermarket shelves in a few years.

The dangers of Diet Pills

Filed Under (Weight Loss Supplements) by Greg on 25-03-2009

I wish I had a nickel for every weight loss aid and pill on the market. You and I could both retire. Many of these have been associated with serious medical risks, including heart attack, heart abnormalities, tachycardia, stroke, seizures and death. That’s pretty scary!

Most diet pills are appetite suppressants of one kind or another, generally stimulants with effects similar to those of amphetamine. They’re okayed for treatment of obesity, where it’s considered that the health risks associated with obesity outweigh the risks of the medication.  But if you have less than 30 pounds to lose, the risks are far less cut-and-dried. Over the counter medications and their risks are not as well-documented as the effects of prescription diet pills. Herbal preparation effects are documented even less, especially those whose makers don’t officially make weight loss claims.

Here’s part of the problem. As long as they don’t contain a ‘new’ ingredient, or one that has never been marketed for weight loss purposes, weight-loss aids are not subject to FDA review. Instead, the manufacturer is held responsible for the safety and effectiveness of their products. So a lot of times that means unregulated dosages, unhealthy additives and ineffective ingredients. Hopefully, one day all over the counter medications and herbal preparations marketed as weight loss supplements will be labeled and tested by impartial researchers. Until then, there are some things that you can do to lessen diet pill risks.

Research thoroughly. There’s a lot of information out there about drugs and herbs like ephedra, ephinedrine, phentermine and sibutramine. Know what you’re taking and what the risks are so that you can watch for side effects. Always talk to your doctor before you start taking any drug or herbal supplement. Yes, I know you’ve heard this a thousand times, but there are good reasons for the advice! Some products interact poorly with other medications, or have an adverse effect on chronic conditions.

Follow dosage instructions. Overdoses of stimulant medications, which are a component of most weight loss preparations, can be serious and severe. Don’t take any weight loss pill or supplement for more than a few weeks unless a doctor has prescribed it. Ask your pharmacist when purchasing over the counter weight loss preparations to be sure that the ingredients don’t interact with other medications you may be taking. Include both prescription and nonprescription medications in your questions.  There are much more healthy and effective ways to lose weight than taking pills. The potential of serious health problems remains. It’s an awful lot of risk for a little weight loss.

Hoodia a natural way to lose weight!

Filed Under (Weight Loss Supplements) by Greg on 03-03-2009

Hoodia is a cactus-type of plant that grows in the African desert, Kalahari. Being a member of the Asclepidadaceae family, Hoodia thrives in hot, dry conditions and climate, and can generally take up to 2 years to fully mature. These factors, together, make South Africa the perfect place for Hoodia to live and grow.

There are several different species of the Hoodia plant. However, the Gordonii variety is the only species of the Hoodia plant known to contain a natural appetite suppressant. The Hoodia Gordonii plant generally spouts somewhere around 10 tentacles, and grows to near the size of a long cucumber. Each one of the plant’s tentacles is normally covered with small spikes. These spikes are carefully peeled to extract the fleshy plant containing the natural appetite suppressant used to create Hoodia diet products. The first people known to have used Hoodia to suppress their hunger naturally were the South African San tribe. They would use Hoodia when they would go off on hunting expeditions. They were able to hunt for longer periods of time by using Hoodia to:

• improve their libido
• increase their energy levels
• suppress their hunger
Not only did the San use Hoodia for the above stated purposes, they also used Hoodia to naturally treat diabetes and hypertension among their tribe. They also used it to help cure upset stomaches, hangovers, and to relieve stress.

It contains a molecule that fools your brain into thinking you are full and has no known side effects. This cactus-like plant named Hoodia Gordonii is grown in the hot and arid Kalahari Desert. It has been consumed for thousands of years by the San Bushmen to stave off hunger during long hunting trips.

South African scientists discovered that Hoodia contains a previously unknown molecule called P57. P57 works by fooling the nerve cells that sense blood sugar, which are located in the hypothalamus. When you eat, your blood sugar goes up and the cells within the hypothalamus start signaling that you are full. P57 is about 10,000 times as active as glucose, so taking Hoodia Gordonii containing P57 makes those nerve cells signal as if you were full – without eating or the desire to eat.
Millions of people around the world are affected by obesity, or with being overweight. While some of these cases are of course caused by genetics, most cases come from overeating, or addiction to food. In these cases, Hoodia could be very useful in correcting the problem, thus, could have a great hand in dramatically decreasing the currently high statistics associated with being overweight.
Since Hoodia is a natural appetite suppressant, there are no negative side effects associated with its use. It simply contains an organic appetite control agent that tricks our brains into believing we are full when we are not. Hoodia can stop some people from even thinking about eating, or about food. It is a natural product that can literally take our appetites away!
Knowing all that we know about Hoodia, it may just be the tool we need to fight the high rates of obesity in the world today. When used in conjunction with a healthy diet and regular exercise plan, Hoodia may have the potential to put a dramatic dent in the statistics regarding obesity and being overweight in the world today.
While Hoodia is proven to help naturally suppress the appetite for most people, everyone is different. Some people claim Hoodia products work for them almost immediately, helping them to loose weight quickly. However, others have said it can take up to two weeks of taking the Hoodia products regularly, before they see any type of results. If after two weeks of taking the Hoodia product regularly, you still haven’t seen any type of results, you should probably research the company you made your purchase from. Keep in mind, real Hoodia is only grown in Africa.

Diet Pills; Are they the Answer?

Filed Under (Weight Loss Supplements) by Greg on 26-12-2008

With hundreds of weight loss supplements out there on the shelves today how do you know they are worth the money? Will they actually help you lose weight? How do you know which ones are going to work for you? Is there any proof that these products work? The truth is most products won’t help you lose anything but money. There are a few, however, with some research behind them that prove that they actually work.

More and more people are getting drowned in the onslaught of fast food and junk foods. Remember the movie “Upsize Me”? It played a parody on how Americans are stuffing themselves silly with fatty foods. Over sixty percent of American citizens are considered obese or bordering into it. Many would like to deny this, but deep down inside, most of them would like to change their eating lifestyle.

The fitness and health industry of America is a multibillion business that are resting on the obesity fears of the citizens. Many know the consequences of being fat and would like to change. From aerobics, to exercise machines, to instructional videos, food supplement, diet pills and lots more. Many have embarked on the loss-fat voyage hoping to conquer their binges but no one truly wants to work hard for it. The options provided by the industry keeps their hopes alive in looking and feeling better without breaking a sweat.

When diet pills emerged with promises like, “melt away pounds easily.” “Look better in not time at all.” Look and Feel great without exercising and lots more, many people were excited about that concept and jumped into the frenzy. We need to ask the question, can they really deliver on those promises?

Diet pills can be categorized into three types. OTC’s or Over the Counter, these are diet pills that can be bought in drug store without the need for doctor’s prescriptions. They usually contain little chemicals that can affect the human system much. They are considered less dangerous but are also subjected to FDA testing first before sold to the market.

Another form of diet pills is the Herbal supplements. They are not usually labeled as drugs and can also be bought without a prescription. They claim to be all-natural but are still subjected to FDA (Food and Drugs Administration) scrutiny. Then there are the prescription diet pills. They are only sold with doctors’ prescriptions and are tightly regulated by the FDA. Doctors also conduct close monitoring on their patients who take this form of diet pills for any damage or risk to their health.

So how do you know which diet pill would be good for you?

With so many forms, varieties, types and chemical compositions diet pills are not a one size/type fits all and don’t usually work for everyone.  The problem is that there are many documented  side effects such as a raise in heart palpitation and blood pressure, with this comes an increase in the risk of a stroke or a heart attack.

Other common side effects from taking diet pills are uncomfortable cramping, gas and diarrhea. These are due to the fact that the drug is taking away important vitamins from the body. That is why some people are advised to take vitamin supplements as well.

The debate about whether supplements for weight loss are healthy or not will go on and on for years to come. Most doctors will tell you that weight loss supplements are not necessary and that only a good controlled diet along with daily exercise is needed to lose weight. This is true, however with today’s working society who has time to plan good nutritional meals?

There are good and bad points to using weight loss supplements. One of the bad points is that once you stop taking them you gain everything back that you lost to begin with. So are weight loss nutrition supplements right for you? If you have a hectic schedule and cannot find enough time in the day to prepare proper nutritional meals and get regular daily exercise then I suggest you give supplements a try.  Working up a sweat and following a natural balanced diet is still the best way to go.

Natural Weight-loss Supplements

Filed Under (Weight Loss Supplements) by Greg on 21-12-2008

APPETITE REDUCERS

Hoodia

African bushmen would eat hoodia while going on long hunts where food and water would not be available for days. Hoodia tricks the brain into thinking that it is full through an unknown mechanism, which may also suppress thirst. This is potentially dangerous, so those on hoodia have to make a conscious effort to drink water. It is also unknown how safe hoodia is.
Fibre

Besides improving bowel movements, products that are high in fibre, like psyllium, pectin and guar gum, create a sense of fullness so one will eat less. Fibre works by absorbing fluid to expand in the stomach.
Just take note to increase fibre intake gradually and drink more water, or else constipation could result.
METABOLISM BOOSTERS

Simulants or thermogenics

These stimulate the nervous system to increase a person’s metabolic rate. This in turn causes more calories to be burnt, especially during exercise.
Caffeine is an example of a stimulant. A cup of coffee contains between 80 to 135mg of caffeine, or you could also get it from guarana, a type of Brazilian bean.
Guarana has twice the amount of caffeine in coffee and is therefore a popular ingredient in thermogenic supplements. Research suggests guarana is an effective energy tonic, increases mental acuity and enhances physical endurance under stress.
There is also green tea, which offers thermogenic properties with just a small caffeine boost – about 15mg. This makes it useful for those who are unable to tolerate caffeine, or who are on medication as caffeine is known to interact with some drugs.
Yerba mate

This South American herb contains caffeine and has appetite-suppressing, pain-relieving and fat-burning properties. But be warned: yerba mate consumption has been associated with increased risk of some cancers, like those of the lung, kidney and bladder.

Synephrine

Also called bitter orange or citrus aurantium, synephrine has become popular as an alternative to ephedrine (which was banned in 2004 after several deaths related to its use were reported). Synephrine been shown to metabolise fat in very high doses, but the downside is that it increases blood pressure and also the risk of cardiovascular problems.

It may also result in sleeplessness, headaches and dizziness and interact with medicines, so it is best to seek a doctor’s advice before using.
